UK: Orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail or Amazon Logistics.
Europe: Orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard International.
USA: Orders are sent by Standard International Royal Mail or 1st class USPS.
ROW: Orders are sent by Royal Mail International.

For customers in the UK if your order hasn’t arrived after 6 working days from dispatch please contact us.

For international customers if your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days from your dispatch date please contact us.

(Information update for EU Customers)

 

We have taken the temporary action to turn of the option of EU delivery through our website until further notice due to the new EU IOSS tax scheme. If you reside in Germany or Ireland and wish to place an order in the meantime, please visit our Etsy Store here, where you will be able to order as normal. If an EU order is placed through Etsy it means we can then use their supplied IOSS number to make sure you receive your package as normal without any unexpected charges upon delivery.
