Our slim phone cases are hard snap-on slim phone cases with openings for ports and buttons. Our Tough phone cases are also slim hard snap on phone cases, but come with an inner soft TPU liner that covers all edges and buttons for added protection and peace of mind. (Check out the video at the bottom of this page to see an example of the difference between the two case styles!)
No! Any of our products can be purchased with just the standalone design and no personalisation. Please just leave a note in the custom text box e.g No text
Just type your required name or detailed instructions in the personalised text box and we'll do the rest!
Yes! If you have seen one personalisation style shown on one listing that you would like on another product, just leave a note or email us after placing your order with a link and instructions to the personalisation style you want.
Yes! Personalisation is printed as part of the actual product. We don't use any forms of decals/transfers/stickers etc. So there's no need to worry about custom text details fading or peeling over time!
- All of our products are shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery within the UK takes an average of 1-3 business days from disptach.
- International delivery takes an average of 2 weeks from dispatch
Yes, we accept returns on all non-personalised items. Just inform us that you wish to return your unused item within 14 days of delivery and rerturn it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If you have a problem with a personalised item please contact us and state your order number and the details of the issue you need help with.

Yes. Our payment system is 100% safe and secure. Your transaction is handled directly by our banking partners using secure encryption and strict banking standards. Your credit/debit card information is only read/seen by the payment processor E.g Visa / Stripe / ShopPay / ApplePay
